About shipping method
The shipping method is specified by us and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.
As a rule, we do not allow customers to specify the date or time of delivery.
However, if for some reason you wish to specify a delivery method or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order].

About the number of days for delivery
Basically, your order will arrive in 2 to 3 days after delivery is completed (3 to 4 days in case of remote islands). (In some cases, such as remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)
(In the case of natural disasters or during the shipping company's peak season, the delivery time may not be as long as the above. Please understand this in advance.

Damage during shipping
We will prepare your package for shipping after careful consideration to avoid scratches and dents on the outer box.
