Refund policy.
(1) (1) Cancellation after delivery will only be accepted if the goods dispatched are defective or different from the goods ordered. (Only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods). Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns for reasons attributable to the customer, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for the following products.
Products that have been used
- Products that have been used
- Products that have beenused for more than 7 days after arrival
- Products thathave been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products without packaging (bag or case)
- Products that have been processed for the customer, such as custom-made products or products with a name
(3) If the goods are obviously defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping costs for returns etc.
